PLEASE READ TERMS OF SALE
A non-refundable deposit of $100 for doelings and bucklings and $50 for wethers will hold your baby goat until weaned and ready to leave. A non-refundable deposit of $300 is required to hold a mini donkey foal until weaning between 4 to 6 months of age. A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to hold a Karakachan puppy.
WE OFFER PAYPAL FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE
..THERE WILL BE A 3% FEE ADDED FOR USING PAYPAL.. no baby will leave until he/she is eating hay and grain, between 8-10 weeks of age, unless leaving as a bottle baby.. All baby goats will be UTD on CDT, deworming, coccidia prevention and assigned a tattoo along with an application to be registered if applies.
Wethers will NOT come with registration or application for registration.
Deposit will be refunded or applied to another baby ONLY if your baby dies while in my care.
You must pick up your baby within 7 days after they are ready to leave unless other arrangements have been made otherwise there will be a $2 a day fee added to the balance owed.
If I do not hear from you in 10 days when your baby is ready to leave you will forfeit your deposit.
Veterinary health certificates (optional, but required by law for interstate travel) and fees charged by the Veterinarian for the farm call and animal examination and/or tests are the
responsibility of the purchaser.
We do not guarantee the fertility of does unless hermaphroditism becomes apparent as the animal matures. We do not guarantee the mature height of any animal. All of our breeding animals are under height.
We do not guarantee any animal that is sold without registration papers.
We reserve the right to retain ANY animal or refuse ANY sale. All sales are final … no refunds.
1. Adequate shelter (barn or shed)
2. A good quality goat feed fed at
least once a day along with hay or pasture and fresh clean water daily.
3. Proper fencing that will keep
4. Proper care of minerals,
vaccinations, deworming, hoof trimming, and vet care as needed.
5. Lots of love and attention. My
goats are use to us interacting with them on a daily basis.
6. Goats, are herd animals you must
have at least 2 for them to thrive.
ARE AGREEING TO THESE TERMS OF SALE WHEN YOU PURCHASE AN ANIMAL. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK ZONING REGULATIONS. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTINUING PARASITE & COCCIDIA PREVENTION AND BUYING ALL NECESSARY SUPPLIES TO
CONTINUE MAINTAINING THE ANIMAL’S HEALTH AFTER THE SALE. WE OFFER ADVICE AFTER
THE SALE AND IT IS UP TO YOU TO FOLLOW OUR ADVICE. WE ARE NOT VETS BUT
HAVE EXPERIENCE THAT MAY BE HELPFUL. WE FIND MANY PEOPLE DO NOT FOLLOW
THRU IN CARING FOR THEIR BABY FARM PET AS INSTRUCTED. WE ARE ONLY RESPONSIBLE
FOR THE ANIMAL WHILE IT IS HERE ON PREMISES, NOT AFTER THE SALE.
